Since our early beginnings in the nineties, SACVIN’s mission has been clear: Making world-class plastics in Nigeria possible. We are ISO-certified and have established ourselves as the only Nigerian plastics converter operating at international standards providing home, industrial and construction plastic solutions to our customers.

Our key strength is our longstanding belief in technology. We continually grow our line-up of robotic tech, invest in the latest technical and automation equipment, and develop more complex multi-cavity tooling. This expertise ensures a high standard of production consistency, quality and efficiency across over 1000 SKUs.
SUPPLY CHAIN RELIABILITY & PROCESS
Our commitment to supply chain reliability and continuity contributes to our success. We directly source raw materials from global petrochemical companies and purchase for a 6-month production pipeline to mitigate against potential shortages and demand spikes. Each plant is supported by multiple backup power generators and solar panels to ensure that our customers are never impacted by power inconsistencies.
SCALE
Our state-of-the-art machines across five factories produce 48,000 metric tonnes per year across a huge variety of products such as homewares, coolers, lunch boxes, water bottles, industrial packaging, pipes and tanks.

In addition to our thoughtful approach to product design, we have Heat Transfer and In-Mould Labeling capabilities which enable us to create attractive designs and OEM labels, enhancing the product value proposition. SACVIN PIPES & TANKS (CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES)
SACVIN (under BSV Industries Limited) is a complete one-stop solution for our customer requirements of PVC, HDPE, and PPR pipes, fittings, valves and water storage tanks.

Manufacturing according to SON standards (or higher) using 100% virgin material including US-grade PVC.

Product range:
Pipes: PVC, HDPE, and PPR from 20 mm to 250 mm diameters, and from 1 mm to 14.5 mm thickness.
Fittings & Valves: Wide range of competitive imported Chinese and high-end Italian fittings and valves.
Tanks: Multiple designs from 500 to 10,000 litres.
Process:
SACVIN is triple-ISO certified running a fully automated process from material handling to finished product.
We continually drive improvements and optimisations through our value engineering and highly skilled labour.
Capacity and availability:
Our installed capacity of over 1,500 metric tonnes per month enables us to meet our customer requirements as well as demand spikes.
Stock levels are maintained year-round, enabling our customers to fully execute projects even at short notice.
For our regular corporate customers, we offer to produce and store their most consumed pipes to reduce delivery lead times.
Factories and depots in Lagos, Kano, Onitsha, and Abuja ensure maximum accessibility so our customers are always within easy reach of our products nationwide.
Transparency:
Our fully customised pipes are laser printed with complete specs, accurately enabling traceability so our customers have the right products for their projects.
