Bharat Ganglani is the visionary founder of SACVIN Group, established in 1991 with just four injection moulding machines. With a focus on quality and innovation, Bharat laid the foundation for what has become one of Nigeria’s leading plastics manufacturing companies. Over the years, his strategic direction and unwavering commitment to excellence enabled SACVIN to steadily grow, diversifying its product offerings to cater to both consumer household needs and water management solutions.
Bharat's leadership was instrumental in driving the company’s early success, marked by consistent growth over the first two decades of operations. In 2019, his strategic vision led to the merger with Starsonic, further solidifying SACVIN’s position as a key player in the industry. His ability to identify market opportunities and adapt to evolving industry demands has been a cornerstone of SACVIN’s growth and success.

Sachin Ganglani is the Managing Director of SACVIN Group, a role he assumed in 2008. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) from the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago, USA, Sachin has brought a wealth of expertise and innovative thinking to the organisation.
Under his leadership, SACVIN has experienced exponential growth, transforming into a leading player in Nigeria’s plastics manufacturing industry. Sachin has overseen significant expansion in both SACVIN’s consumer household plastics business and the water management solutions division of BSV Industries Ltd. By championing investments in advanced technology and data analytics, he has optimised operations, streamlined processes, and positioned SACVIN for sustainable scalability.
One of Sachin’s notable achievements includes driving SACVIN’s capacity expansion, with plans underway to double the company’s output through the establishment of new plants. His forward-thinking approach has also strengthened SACVIN’s reputation for quality and innovation, contributing to its continued success in local and international markets.

Trishul Ganglani is a dedicated and accomplished operations leader with over 13 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at SACVIN Nigeria Ltd., Trishul plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth. He oversees daily operations across multiple departments, develops and implements policies to streamline processes, and ensures compliance with industry standards. His leadership focuses on enhancing productivity, managing resources, and fostering collaboration to meet organisational goals.
Previously, Trishul held the position of Human Resource Development Manager at SACVIN, where he supervised operations across five factories, spearheaded new product development, and optimised workforce management. His career also includes experience as Operations Manager at Macri Brothers PTY LTD in Australia, where he managed logistics, inventory, and customer service operations, and as a Claims Advisor at Suncorp in Brisbane, handling complex claims portfolios and legal negotiations.
Trishul holds a Master of Business in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Known for his strategic approach, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence, Trishul continues to contribute to SACVIN’s success by driving innovation and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Jogesh Khatwani is an accomplished professional with 28 years of experience spanning various industries and countries. He began his career in 1996 managing his family’s trading business in Madrid, supplying over 10,000 SKUs to the dollar store industry. After a brief role managing a real estate investment portfolio for a high-net-worth family office in Spain, he moved to India in 2008 to set up a confectionery manufacturing unit for the Spanish brand FIESTA, which successfully catered to both the local market and international exports.
In 2014, Jogesh joined The Papilon Plastics Company in Lagos, Nigeria, first as Sales Director and later as Managing Director. In 2019, he ventured into real estate in Texas, USA, building single-family homes and apartments across the Rio Grande Valley.
Since 2020, Jogesh has served as Executive Director of Finance and Sales at SACVIN Nigeria Ltd. He has been instrumental in securing funding for SACVIN’s expansion, navigating the challenges of currency devaluation, and mentoring teams across key B2B sales channels, including:

He has successfully closed long-term partnerships with companies like Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, and PZ Cussons. In 2024, Jogesh began expanding SACVIN’s global footprint, focusing on the European, African, and American markets.
Jogesh holds a Summa Cum Laude degree in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
Haresh Ganglani is a seasoned professional with 33 years of dedicated experience at SACVIN Group, where he began his career as a Salesperson in 1990 at the SACVIN Lagos Oshodi location. Over the years, Haresh has grown with the company, advancing to Director and eventually taking on the role of Managing Director for SACVIN’s Kano locations.
In 2001, he established the first Injection/Blow factory in Kano, laying the groundwork for SACVIN’s expansion in northern Nigeria. Under his leadership, SACVIN’s operations in Kano have flourished, with the addition of PVC and storage tank production, expanding the facilities from a single factory to three by 2008.
As the Managing Director of SACVIN’s Kano locations, Haresh oversees the management of all three plants, including sales, production supervision, and workforce management of both expatriate and Nigerian staff. He also coordinates banking and financial operations to support the region’s growth.
Haresh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, which has equipped him with a strong foundation for effective leadership and operational strategy. His vision and commitment have been pivotal to SACVIN’s robust growth in Kano, transforming it into a multi-factory operation.
Tobore Atenaga is an accomplished marketing and operations professional with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Marketing and Operations Manager at SACVIN Nigeria Limited. She has been instrumental in enhancing SACVIN’s brand presence through successful participation in major global and local exhibitions. Tobore focuses on optimising operational processes to improve efficiency and align marketing with operational goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to business growth.
In her previous roles at SACVIN, Tobore served as Administrative and Marketing Operations Manager, where she provided vital marketing support, contributed to ISO standard implementations (9001, 45001, 14001), and enhanced team performance. Earlier, as an Operations Analyst, she concentrated on process optimisation and financial reconciliation, using Netsuite ERP to streamline operations.
Tobore’s educational background includes an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Regenesys Business School, South Africa, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin, Nigeria. She also holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification and ISO certifications as an internal auditor in ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015. Known for her commitment to strategic leadership and operational excellence, Tobore is dedicated to driving SACVIN’s growth and innovation.
Sandra Okechukwu is a dynamic sales leader with over 13 years of experience in managing, growing, and retaining key accounts for both local and international organisations. Known for her service-focused approach, Sandra has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, enhancing client experiences, and securing brand loyalty. Leveraging her engineering background, she applies analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance business operations and expand sales territories.
Sandra holds an MSc in Management Science and Operations Research from Middlesex University, UK, and a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Nigeria. Her career includes roles such as Key Accounts Manager at Givaudan, Branding Manager at Papilon Industry Ltd, and Solar Sales Executive at Crystal Oaks Projects Ltd in the UK.
At SACVIN Nigeria Ltd., Sandra leads as Head of OEM and Deputy of Exports, where she pioneered the OEM division, growing it to over N2 billion. She achieved a 50% market share in branding and OEM by ensuring international standards compliance and expanding SACVIN’s reach through local and international exhibitions. Her strategic initiatives have positioned SACVIN globally, elevating brand recognition and opening new revenue opportunities across Africa and beyond.
Isah K. Yusuf is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 28 years of experience, currently serving as Head of Sales, North, at SACVIN Nigeria Ltd. Over the last 15 years, Isah has been instrumental in expanding SACVIN’s market reach across the 19 states of northern Nigeria, driving significant growth and establishing a robust market presence.
Under his leadership, SACVIN’s sales have grown exponentially, increasing from 1,000 metric tonnes to an impressive 12,240 metric tonnes in 2023. Responding to rising demand, Isah successfully advocated for the addition of high-output machinery to meet customer needs. This strategic expansion, combined with his team’s efforts, has ensured SACVIN products are available in even the most remote towns and villages across northern Nigeria.
Isah holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Public Administration as well as a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration. His unwavering commitment to quality and adherence to international standards have bolstered SACVIN’s reputation, ensuring customer satisfaction and product excellence. Known for his dedication and visionary leadership, Isah continues to play a vital role in SACVIN’s ongoing success and growth in the region.
Kolawole Oriyomi Sulaimon is a results-driven Human Resources and Administrative Manager with 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years in senior roles. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Ogun State Chapter. Kolawole has worked with leading manufacturing companies such as Sonnex Packaging Nigeria Limited, Salient Industries, and Sren Chemicals Limited, where he specialised in recruitment, talent development, compensation management, and performance optimisation.
Kolawole’s achievements include increasing workforce efficiency through a merit-based pay structure, which reduced attrition rates by 25%, and implementing a performance management system that boosted production by 50% and reduced defect complaints by 70% within a year. He also drove cost savings by reducing medical expenses by 35% through an effective Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programme.
At SACVIN Nigeria Ltd., Kolawole oversees human resources and administration at the Mowe, Ogun State location. His responsibilities include workforce management, implementing departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO standards, and fostering a motivated workforce that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. Abolaji Ibidokun is an accomplished finance professional with 15 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and auditing. He currently serves as Deputy Financial Controller at SACVIN Nigeria Ltd., where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. His responsibilities include reviewing transactional entries, bank reconciliations, and prepayment expenses, managing statutory and government tax audits, and preparing management accounts and financial statements. He also liaises with banks to address treasury needs and ensures the prompt computation of distributor discounts.
Abolaji’s career began at Golden Neo-Life Diamite (GNLD), where he transitioned from Distributor Services to Bank Reconciliation Officer, honing his skills in inter-company reconciliations and audit processes. He joined Leoplast Industries Ltd. as Internal Auditor, later advancing to Management Accountant and Acting Head of Finance, where he managed payroll, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
He further demonstrated his expertise at Dabur International and Sudabelt Medicals, where he held senior finance roles, supervising financial operations, resolving audits, and enhancing financial processes.
Abolaji holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). His commitment to excellence has made him a key contributor to SACVIN’s financial integrity and operational success.
Carlmichael Bordogna is a seasoned professional with 30 years of diverse experience, primarily focused on business development in Nigeria. His career spans public and private sectors, including Government, HoReCa, Telecommunications, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Manufacturing. This broad exposure has equipped Carlmichael with a 360-degree understanding of the Nigerian business environment and a strong network, enabling him to navigate complex market trends and foster strategic partnerships.
As the Head of Exports at SACVIN Nigeria Ltd., Carlmichael oversees business development, marketing, and research and development for the export market. His responsibilities include spearheading trade fair initiatives, identifying new product opportunities, and expanding SACVIN’s global presence. He is also deeply involved in aligning the company’s operations with international standards to ensure quality and competitiveness in the export market.
One of Carlmichael’s notable achievements at SACVIN includes serving as the Management Representative for the initial ISO certification of BSV Industries, SACVIN’s Pipes and Tanks division, across ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety). His leadership has been instrumental in driving SACVIN’s export strategy while maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence.
Carlmichael holds a BA in History and Political Sciences, which he leverages to build effective teams, foster collaboration, and drive sustained business growth for SACVIN.
Otoghile Jeremiah Efosa is a Quality Assurance and Control Manager with 8 years of experience in driving quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) excellence across multiple standards and certifications. His expertise spans laboratory analysis, process optimization, and leading cross-functional teams. Known for his strategic oversight in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (IMS), Jeremiah has successfully led SACVIN Nigeria Ltd. through certifications including FSSC, ISO, HACCP, and SMETA 4-Pillar audits, alongside customer and regulatory inspections
Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry and a National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology. His extensive certifications include HACCP Auditor, ISO 20252 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, and FSSC 22000 V6 Auditor. As an Industrial First Aider and Fire Marshal, he prioritises safety in every project.
At SACVIN, he leads QHSE program conformance, product validation, and process risk assessment. Notably, he has served as a Technical Committee Member for Nigeria's Draft Polymer Standard and led SACVIN’s certification projects, reinforcing compliance and safety standards. Jeremiah is an active member of the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) and the Institute of Chartered Chemist of Nigeria (ICCON), underscoring his dedication to industry best practices.
Rasesh Maniar is a distinguished professional with 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in mechanical and plastics engineering.Since joining SACVIN Group in 1998, Rasesh has demonstrated unwavering dedication and technical expertise, advancing to the position of Group Technical Manager.
In this role, he oversees operations across SACVIN 's factories, ensuring efficient production processes and the integration of advanced technologies in the project to enhance the company’s competitive position. Notably, he has led the successful expansion of facilities in Bompai, Mowe, and Oshodi, significantly increasing production capacity.
Additionally, Rasesh has been pivotal in expanding SACVIN’s product portfolio to meet changing market demands while ensuring compliance with global quality standards. Rajesh Kumar is an accomplished finance professional with 26 years of experience in finance and accounting, including over a decade at SACVIN Nigeria Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, which has provided a strong foundation for his extensive career managing financial operations.
Since joining SACVIN in 2011, Rajesh has played a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
