How to pay — card payment

Completing your card payment

  1. 11 Add items to cart and proceed to Checkout.
  2. 12 Enter your delivery address and select shipping option.
  3. 13 Click Pay with Paystack on the payment step.
  4. 14 Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV in the Paystack popup.
  5. 15 Enter your card PIN then the OTP sent to your phone by your bank.
  6. 16 Order confirmed instantly. Confirmation sent to email and WhatsApp within 2–5 minutes.

For bank transfer: at checkout, select "Pay with Transfer" — Paystack generates a unique account number valid for 30 minutes. Transfer the exact amount shown and click "I've transferred the money" to confirm. For USSD: select your bank, dial the code displayed, and follow the prompts.

Payment questions

Yes. Card details are entered directly in Paystack's PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout. SACVIN never sees, stores, or accesses your card number, CVV, or PIN. Confirm the padlock icon and "https://" are present in your browser before entering any payment information.

Do not pay again. Check your email (including spam) for a Paystack receipt. WhatsApp us with your phone number and the debit amount. We will match your payment to an order within 2 hours during support hours.

Common causes: insufficient funds; daily online limit reached; card not activated for e-commerce (contact your bank); incorrect OTP; or your bank flagging the transaction. Contact your bank first, then retry. If issues persist, try a different payment method such as bank transfer or USSD.
